After months of searching, they connected with an family-owned factory overseas that shared their values of craftsmanship and sustainability. The vast majority of our furniture ships directly from our U.S. warehouses. Occasionally an item may be fulfilled from our overseas manufacturing facility when it is not currently in U.S inventory. Transit time from our international factories averages 2-3 weeks.

We partner with reliable carriers like FedEx and UPS to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Each piece is protected with thick wrapping and sealed cartons. Upon receiving your shipment, thoroughly inspect each item and note any damage. If an issue occurred in transit, contact us right away.

Bulkier items like sofas and bedroom sets include white glove delivery service. Delivery team members will bring your furniture inside your home and assemble it on the spot. Ensure ample space is cleared prior to their arrival.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags still attached. Custom furniture is non-returnable.
